Guest Policy

Campus Life and the Student Programming Council's Concert Guest Policy
  • Every Emory student will be allowed one (1) guest. If you wish to bring a guest to either event, you must register on the SPC website before the stated registration end time.
  • Emory students are responsible for the actions of their registered guest. The Office of Student Leadership and Service and the Division of Campus Life reserves the right to refer students to the Office of Student Conduct for disciplinary action when  either the student OR the student’s guest has violated university policies at a university sponsored event.
    • Non-student violators may be restricted from campus in the future through criminal trespass, depending on the severity of violations.
    • Emory students who host a guest that violates our code of conduct may be restricted from hosting guests from SPC or other Campus Life events in the future.
  • Each guest will be given a customized SPC wristband. If you have registered a guest, please come to the SPC Table in the DUC with your guest to pick up their bracelet. Your guest must come with you and bring a form of photo ID to pick up the bracelet. All Emory Students must present their Emory Cards when retrieving the wristband with their guest at the DUC and to enter the concert. Please see SPC Website for dates and times of wristband pick-up.
  • Guests will not be accepted with a tampered wristband. If your guest is not present to pick up the wristband, they will not be allowed into the event. This is a NON-NEGOTIABLE policy.
